Another stunningly funny card from the studios of Jack Murray to enjoy!  Scroll to the bottom of the Artist's Impressions page and enjoy some of the other wonderful stuff you may have missed from earlier publishings - there are quite a few in there!

Keith Herkes has kindly shared an original photograph with us from the factory launch days held for distributors in 1947.  The photograph shows a location in Scotland - possibly Loch Lommond?  This has been added to the Collectibles page.  What else do you have Keith, English, Welsh days? We look forward to your next instalment!

Also, as I was checking my collection, I found that I had another variation on a brochure - the export edition of the August mini-brochure.  Identical in every respect to the one earlier provided by Andrew Coulson, only the back page differed.

Everyone on the committee would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a verY merrY Christmas and a happY new Year!  Thank you for your support throughout 2004, and may 2005 be a good year for all.

This month's reprinted article is another classic from The Autocar of August 1947 which some of you may have missed when it was originally published - I know I did!  It is probably the earliest record of a Y Type being road tested abroad and paints a very interesting picture of 1947 Europe.  Well worth the read.

It is that time of year again, so no apologies necessary for this month's Picture of the Month.

Andrew and Arlene Coulson are again taking a stand for 10 cars at the 11th Ripon Old Car Show on 10 July 2005.  Please contact Andrew via the link on the Events page for more details.

Remo Peter has sent me a drawing that he made in 1972 of an MG Y - a car he dreamed of as a young boy - and now he owns one!  Remo sent me the full story behind the picture too both of which can be found on theArtists Impressions page.
