We begin this month with a note of thanks from Tony Slattery, International MG Y Type Register Representative for Australia.
The members and friends of the MG Car Club of Queensland would like to thank you for your support in our appeal for funds to rebuild and help our members following the flood in January 2011. Your support and financial help has allowed the club and those personally affected to look forward and restore the faith, that we can all make a difference in supporting our friends when times get tough. Our thoughts go out to our friends in New Zealand now, and hope they too can receive your support and encouragement.
The Picture of the Month this month is again from Australia - Tasmania in fact - and from Andrew & Kathy Totham with their Grandfather and 'Maud'.
The Reprinted Article Reprinted Article comes from Motoring magazine, May 1953 and
covers MGs victory in the RAC Coronation Rally.
