Please read
carefully before proceeding to our online shop.
1. Remit
We have
listed our most popular items in the online shop to enable enthusiasts to
purchase them 24 hours a day using a secure online payment method for maximum
convenience.
2.Confimation
A
confirmation e-mail will be sent to you listing the item(s) that you have
ordered. If you have any queries about the confirmation e-mail please forward it to the club with your question(s).
3.Payment
All major
credit and debit cars are accepted and the cost of transaction and all handling
charges are paid by the MG ‘M’ Group.
4.Postage
and Packing
Postage and
Packing is included in the price listed. We have tried wherever possible to
keep these charges low and will use recycled packaging wherever possible for
the benefit of the environment. All products will be sent in protective
packaging so they arrive in the best possible condition.
5.Cancellations
If you
decide that you no longer need the items and cancel the order after your
payment we will refund the cost minus the administration charge that we pay to
the third part company that administer the transactions. If you receive the
item and decide it is no longer needed then we are unable to refund the postage
cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.
6.Membership
Rates
Members of
the MG ‘M’ Group (1998) are entitled to a discount on all the products that we
sell. This enables us to reward individuals who support the club and it also
reflects the fact that some of the funds raised through membership
subscriptions are used to buy products and pay for artwork and set-up costs of
the items we sell. Individuals who are not members can benefit from members
rates if they add a subscription to their basket and they should put ‘999’ in
the field for the membership number. Individuals who use membership rates but
do not join the club or are not current members will be contacted by the club
and asked to join before goods are sent out. Those that do not wish to join can
choose to pay the extra amount or receive a refund minus the administration
charge that we pay for the transaction.
7. Delivery
Times
Every
effort will be made to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Many of the items we have on sale are in stock and will be dispatched immediately.
Other items are easily re-ordered from one of our suppliers. On the rare
occasions that we have a delay in sourcing an item, you will be kept informed
via e-mail.
8. Refunds
In the
unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil the order a full refund will be
issued and a cheque will be sent to the address supplied for delivery. The
funds will not be returned electronically.
