John Bunch & Alex Simpson
1969 MGB roadster

John bought this car in 1993 in a very poor state of repair and undertook
a total rebuild over a 4 year period.

Bought by John in 2003 as a driveable wreck that had 13 previous owners,
it is an original factory V8 rebuilt on a heritage shell with a colour change
from citron to midnight blue. The restoration took 7 years to complete.

Purchased in 2015, with 5 previous owners, Alex's car has had new front subframe,
brakes and head gasket and has covered under 50,000 miles.

This car was purchased by Dave in 2005 having been rebuilt in 2002 at the
request of the previous owner.

1980 MGB Roadster

Martin has owned this car for 14 years and it has covered just 26,000 miles
from new. Mods include lowered suspension, handling kit, uprated brakes
and 16in alloy wheels.

Martin & Brenda have owned this TF for 2 years and it has done only
10,000 miles. It is largely standard apart from some cosmetic changes.

1968 MGB Roadster.

Brian bought the car in 1988 as an MOT failure although it was totally original.
He rebuilt the car using 1 of the 1st heritage shells over a 4 year period. In 1993 it
won 3rd prize in the MG national concourse event and has done 14,000 miles since
the rebuild.

This car is 1 of the last TF 135's produced. Brian bought it in 2013 with
only 3,400 miles on the clock

Sue's car was bought in early 2015 as a sad example and was brought
back to life, as a surprise for Sue, by Brian. She now uses it as her daily driver.

John bought his car in 2012. The previous owner had it for 26 years. It was
rebuilt on a heritage shell between 1991 and 1996. John has re-upholstered the car
and had it resprayed in 2012 as well as fitting an overdrive gearbox.

Les's GT is currently undergoing long term restoration. He and
Christine run Lyndhurst Country house in Newby Bridge and offer
10% discount to MG owners wishing to explore the Lake District.

Colin & Carol Woodall
1972 MGB Roadster.

Colin bought this B in 2013 as a solid, useable, but scruffy car. Over the winter of
2013/14 he stripped the car to a bare metal rolling shell and completely rebuilt it.
The car is now in it's 3rd colour, having originally been orange and then dark blue.

Colin & Carol acquired this VVC engined 75th anniversary model
in early 2016. It is completely standard and has covered 49,000 miles.

1995 MGF.

Jim & Maz have owned this very early MGF since 2012. It had covered only 13,000
 miles in total and had only done 200 miles in the 10 years before they bought it.

Don & Marys' car is 1 of the last of the F's built and is fitted with
the usual recommended improvements.

David & Joan Young
1974 MGB Roadster

David and Joan have owned this car for 20 years. It spent 5 years in France
but they were able to re-register it in the UK with the original registration.
The bodywork is solid and the car is used regularly.

Alastair & Kate Greenway

This is a 1 family car which was run daily for 27 years by Alastair's mum
who had it restored with a new shell & chrome bumper conversion in 2007.
Alastair & Kate have been behind the wheel since 2015.

and Sue 3 years ago with 20,000 miles on the clock. It is a completely
 standard car apart from minor cosmetic changes.
