Louise purchased the car as standard back in 2007, with 44,000 miles on the clock. Since then it's changed dramatically, becoming one of the best show ZRs around and scooping various concourse trophies.

The most noticeable change is the bodywork. The ZR sports a full Cadamuro bodykit, 18'' KeiForce alloy wheels and tinted windows. Performance has also been enhanced with a Janspeed twin pipe black box, a closed induction kit, and Eibach lowering springs amongst so much more. Thousands of pounds have been spent on Louise's car which is now only used for special occasions.

"When I bought the car it was a daily runner, however it's now primarily a show car covering between 4000-5000 miles per year," Louise said.

The car has a very successful history in concourse, winning no less than ten Pride of Ownership awards since 2009, as well as featuring in several magazines, and also appearing at the NEC Classic Motor Show back in 2010.

"Driving it brings a smile to my face every time, and I'm proud to say I now own two MGs, with my new ZS 180 being used as a daily drive. I'm honoured to have been featured in four magazines with the ZR, and winning ten trophies as well," Louise added.

And Louise's passion for MG doesn't stop there. She is part of a committee that are spearheading the MG Car Club Young Members Group which was put together at the start of the year. Since its inception, the Club has reduced rates for under-25s who are now able to get full membership for just £15, sparking a new found interest in the octagon for many younger owners across the country.
