For the very best service and discounts Contact:
Simon and Jan Come highly recommended as they specialise in sorting out ferry bookings for many Motor Sport functions. Just tell them what car/motor home you have, if you are towing a trailer, and when you wish to travel (it is best to travel in the wee small hours as this is much cheaper) and they will sort out all your travel arrangements at very favourable prices.
Following previous year's experiences. We recommend that you make sure that your race car has a number plate front and rear, and carry the log book relating to the race car. Also ensure you have your driving licence and both log book and insurance papers for your tow vehicle. You will need to present your normal driving licence along with your competition licence at signing on.
If you follow the above recommendations, you should have a trouble free passage through customs.
A list of Hotels and campsites etc. can be obtained if required, by telephoning the BELGIUM TOURIST BOARD. These are not as expensive as in the UK, and normally offer good value for money. The average Bed/Breakfast Hotel in the SPA area, charge a Standard rate of 1500BF rising to a top rate of 2600BF per twin room. Camping is permitted at the circuit, but the ground is a little rough. Alternatively there is a campsites approx 200mts from the main entrance with showers etc which you may find more appealing.
