MG Sport and Racing confirmed today that the MG ZR EX258, piloted by Gwyndaf Evans and Chris Patterson, will be competing in the 2nd round of the Pirelli British Rally Championships taking
place in Wales.
Commenting on the announcement, Gwyndaf said ‘As a Welshman I am delighted to be taking part in the Rally of Wales. It will be our second outing on gravel and after our first Super 1600 victory at the Pirelli International Rally at Gateshead, we are hoping for continued success with the MG ZR’.
Gwyndaf and Chris will compete in the Super 1600 class on 18/19 May 2002.
