Gordon Howie narrowly lost the lead in the final round of the Safety Devices Championship.
It was a valiant fight down to the wire and well done to hime for upholding the MG honours.

Upholding the honours in the Historic Rally Cars Register
Speedsports Clubmans Championship, the current standing are:

• Chris Hunt-Cooke in 2nd place in an MGB.
• Gill Dix in 3rd with her MG Midget.

At the time of writing the series is not finished, but the the MG's are in with a shout to take the overall win at the final rally at Ilfracombe.
We will of course bring you the results as soon as they are confirmed.
