Now here is some great news for those of us who look forward to driving at faster than posted speed limits...

On Saturday, Sept 29th, the folks at Waterford Hills Race Track, are hosting "British Car Day " at the track. There will be a series of 7 or 8 races, beginning around 10 am and concluding around 4 pm.

During the worker lunch break, around noonish, we car owners will have an opportunity to take some parade laps around the track. We may get as much as 20 to 30 minutes of time on the track. The group will be led by a pace car.

Admission to the track is $10 US but the website offers a printable $5 off coupon. The Track web site (linked above in the first papargragh) includes the track address, a map as well as directions from various locations.

Note: If you can't make it Saturday, or want to do it again, anybody can come out on Sunday, the 30th. Sunday will not have a formal title to it, just a chance to take laps at noon, as the day before.
