Hibernation Party - 2005

Our Hibernation Party is one of the most important club events of the year. Not only is it a chance to meet up with fellow members at a great party, but it is also where we elect our club officers and recognize members with our annual awards. So keep reading below and be sure to fill out the form provided here and in the January-February edition of the club newsletter, and forward it promptly; the form and payment must reach us by January 31, 2005 at the latest!

How To Get There
If coming from the east on I-696, be sure to keep to the left 2 lanes when approaching the I-96 / I-275 split. The Italian Epicure will usually be approached from I-96 Exit 162 (the first on 1-96 westbound). Turn south onto Novi Road. After 0.6 miles (1 km) turn left onto Grand River Avenue. After 0.4 miles (0.6 km), the Restaurant and Banquet facility will be found on the left beside a small strip mall, just after the Chevrolet dealership on the right.

When entering the parking lot, go behind the shops to the rear lot where the entrance to our banquet room is conveniently situated. A handicap ramp is located at this entrance

Dress code
Anything from smart-casual to tuxedos.

Food Choices
There are 3 choices of entrée: Beef Madagascar, Chicken Tosca or Salmon. For those with special dietary needs please contact Anne Astley 248-737-1978 (anne@wdmgc.com) beforehand. Prices quoted are per person:

In addition there will be Italian Epicure Salad to start and Chocolate Midnight Layer Torte for dessert with tea or coffee to finish.

A cash bar will be available for those requiring cocktails, beer or wine.

Entertainment

There will be great music and plenty of opportunities to show off your dancing skills as Class Act play for us until 11 pm.
