It is our intention that you are to be totally satisfied with your purchases. However, please bear in mind the following simple rules:
You may return new purchases within 30 days of shipping for a full refund provided the item has not been opened. Faulty discs will be replaced free of charge and your return shipping will be refunded only if the fault is due to manufacture. User damaged CDs will not be refunded.
Items are not returnable after more than 30 days after shipping.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any return shipping method must be agreed in advance between the seller and buyer prior to the return being sent. Package tracking is recommended. Please enclose a receipt of your shipping costs if you wish return shipping to be considered in your refund. Failure to enclose a receipt will novate the Register's obligation to consider refunding your return shipping.
All items must be in the original packaging, and be further enclosed within an additional outer package to facilitate our inspection of the original packaging and determine root cause of any transit induced damage. Refunds will only be made where the original goods are returned with their original packaging, and are defective from the aspect of material or functional defect.
Refunds will not be available for items that have been broken or damaged by the buyer due to misuse, neglect or wilful abuse.
Returns and refunds resulting from over ordering, or incorrect ordering will be at the discretion of YZ Publications and the YZ Publications reserves the right in such instances not to refund either the original outbound and/or return shipping costs, or portion thereof. A 10% (ten percent) restocking fee may also be deducted from the value of any goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's original order, but subsequently returned.
All items sold, are sold subject to the US Washington State law and US Washington State law will prevail in all disputes. All goods are sold as 'fit for the purpose for which they are intended' and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the purpose to which the buyer intends to use any items purchased, are the intended use. The placing of an order implies that the buyer understands the original intent for which any goods ordered are intended. If there is any doubt in the buyer's mind as to the intended use of any item, this must be discussed and resolved between the buyer and YZ Publications representatives before placing the order.
All refunds when made, will be made in US$ irrespective of the currency of the country of the buyer. YZ Publications will not be liable for any loss (neither will it take any credit for any gain) that may be experienced by the buyer. Neither will it be liable for any charges deducted by either banking institutions, debit or credit card institutions, levied against the buyer for any transactions.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-15 business days, after receipt of items by the YZ Publications, depending on the original form of payment. We will notify you of your pending refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Packing deficiencies, and delivery damage must be notified to the YZ Publications within 2 (two) working days from and including the date of delivery.
None of the above is designed or intended to affect your statutory rights under Washington State and Federal US law. In any dispute, Washington State US Law will apply.
