Next day, trek to the Black forest + spend a couple of days. Split the party - either stay in the Forest or trek on to Garda and laze about for a few days. Meet up again in the Black Forest, back up to the channel + overnight somewhere, then leisurely ferry crossing the next day.
Roughly a week + 2 weekends, camping/B+B/hotels, whatever. Anyone interested please get in touch!
