MGCC Young Ones Register

The MGCC Auckland (NZ) have recently set up a Young Ones Register. This register caters for any young MG enthusiast or member of the club, with the maximum age being 30.

They run mainly social type events and participate in main club competitive events. The committee (Dave Metford, Amy Bowyer, Brendon Taylor & Andrew Walbran) are in the process of sorting out a points system for the Register to enable a Young Champion of the year, and also individual event trophies especially for the Young Ones (as it stands, many of the clubs 35 odd trophies are won by young members anyway). The register held it's first event on February 9th-11th, a weekend away to Waihi Beach staying at the Bowyer's bach, which everyone really enjoyed.
