We stopped using it and reported the fault to our Optic Fibre supplier who took 33 hours (YES THIRTY THREE) to fix it.
When this happens we fall back to ISDN which is supposed to be a short term recovery option. After a few hours it was becoming obvious that we were not going to get a quick fix, so we had to minimise our bandwidth. The hungry non-commercial sites were halted, this one included.
It is now 9pm Saturday 3rd March, UK time. The lease line is back and we seem to be as we were before.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but it was out of out hands :(
