The first phase of the new MG Rover Visitor Centre at Longbridge was
completed in October. It has a first-class showroom as the focus of an
all new visitors' accommodation area. This is in effect a model MG
Rover showroom that can showcase the MG Rover range to visitors,
including potential dealers and overseas distributors. It has been
created from the old 'Roundhouse', a distinctive building that has been
completely refurbished. Until recently it provided office and workshop
facilities, and before that it was a Design Studio.
The Princess Royal will open the new Showroom and Reception Area at MG
Rover Group International Headquarters, Longbridge, on Wed. 30 Jan.
