Cambridge Motorsport, the 1950's and1960's British sports car specialists have recently added a high performance, lightweight MGB starter motor to their range of Torkster starter motors. The company's preparation and development of classic cars for circuit racing and historic rallying has seen the development of a range of high quality competition parts for the enthusiast.

The MGB starter motors offer 300% more cranking power whilst drawing 50% less current than the standard starter. They weigh approximately half the original weight (5kg compared to 8.5 kg) and are a superb solution to the sluggish cranking associated with many MGBs.
