There are three levels of sponsorship:
Five Star, Four Star and Three Star, each with its own unique set of
benefits.
    
Five Star - $4000 donation
There will only be one sponsor at this level thus maximizing the
exposure for your organization. As Five Star sponsor, your
organization will have exclusive recognition on the following high
profile items:
- Best of Show Trophy Also
presented by a representative of your organization.
- Dash Plaques These prized
tokens will be given to the first 200 registrants.
- Volunteer Shirts These
will be worn by all volunteers and organizers for the duration of
the event.
Other areas of exposure are highlighted
further below.
   
Four Star - $1500 donation
There are four sponsorships available at
this level with each sponsor having exclusive exposure on your
choice of one of the following items or activities
- Hospitality Suite
at Friday evening's get-together
- Identification/Registration Cards
appearing on all cars at the
event Saturday
- Wine Tasting Tent
featuring a selection the area's finest
vintners
- Refreshment Patio located at the
hub of activity on Saturday
In addition to the above, all Five
and Four Star sponsors will benefit from exposure via the
following:
- Signage at the entrance to the
event show field (Malden Park) and at registration area
- Kiosk Space provided if you
wish
- Event Program (your corporate
symbol)
- Event web site (your corporate
symbol with link to your web site)
  
Three Star - $250 donation
This sponsorship offers your
organization a big return for a small investment.
- Marque Identification
Your corporate symbol or name will appear on signage for the car
marque of your choice, e.g., MG, Triumph, Austin, Bentley, Jaguar,
Mini, Bond, Morgan, Land Rover, Lotus, etc.
- Event Program (on list of
sponsors)
- Event web site (on list of
sponsors)
Please note that for all sponsorship
levels, the web site exposure will last for a full year, i.e., until
June 2006.
Donation of Goods and
Services |
Donations come in
many forms including goods, services and cash. We hope that
the options we've set out below make it easy for you to find an
appropriate and comfortable means of donating to this worthy cause.
Whatever your level
of donation, you or your organization will be recognized on our
event web site
for a full year, i.e., until June 2006.
Silent Auction Donation
Donations to our charity auction will help us raise much needed
funds for the WRHF-OP, our charity auction goal for this event is
$10,000. Ideas for
auction items include: sports memorabilia; automotive products and
services; weekend getaways; tickets to sporting events; lesson
packages (e.g. sailing, golf); spa packages; sports equipment;
artwork; gift cards or certificates; the list goes on.
A tax receipt for the full retail value of the donation will be
issued to you by the Windsor Regional Hospital.
Goods and services
for event staging
Donations of goods and services towards the staging
of this event are also most welcome. Donations such as these help us
keep our costs down thus maximizing the amount that will ultimately
be donated to the WRHF-OP. Examples of this type of donation
include: card stock and wood stakes for show field markers;
printing/copying services; and signage, just to name a few.
Where appropriate,
a tax receipt for the full retail value of the donation will be
issued to you by the Windsor Regional Hospital.
Registration
package goodies
Donations in this
category include smaller items, generally promotional in nature,
that can be added to the registration packages that participants
receive. Typical goodies include: pens; notepads; product
samples; magnets; sweets; coupons; etc.
