members are invited to participate in Birmingham's (Michigan) parade
along Old Woodward Avenue on Sunday May 18th.
The
photo at right shows the Gibb family and their 74 MGB in an earlier
Birmingham parade.
We will meet at noon on May 18 at Old Woodward and Bowers streets
along the west side of the 555 Woodward Tower (555 Old Woodward Ave.
Birmingham 48009). The 555 Tower is located north of Lincoln Road
(14 1/2 Mile Road) between Woodward and Old Woodward avenues.
There is no charge for the parade unless you bring a pet.
This will be a great opportunity to promote our club and our cars,
and help Birmingham celebrate its 75th birthday!
Feel free to pass the invitation along to other LBC owners as well -
the more LBCs the better.
