After
breakfast at "the Meating Place" on Wyandotte Street in Windsor, Dale
Brown led a convoy of 20 little British cars, mostly MGs, on a tour of
Essex County wineries that included: Sanson Estate Winery; D'Angelo
Estate Winery; Erie Shore Vineyard; and finally Grape Tree Estate
Winery. Each winery was set up and ready for us when we arrived,
and along with tours of the facilities, each offered at least three
wines in their tasting, with additional premium wines for those who were
interested. Of course, there were many wines, wine jellies and other
goodies for sale and as many of us discovered, the boot of our little
British car is quite roomy after all.

The owners urged us to drive up on the
large grassy area in font of their winery for some photo ops, and we
