Since much of the technology and parts for the Y were derived from the MG TA, TB and TC, and many parts developed for the Y found their way on to MG TD and TFs, many of us Y Type owners have benefitted greatly from John James' independent production of Totally T Types 2 that he publishes bi-monthly, free of charge to electronic subscribers. But you may have noticed that you are no longer receiving notification that the latest copy is available. This is because you may have overlooked a notice in the February issue last year that James had formally incorporated his operation as the "MG 'T' Society Limited," and he was having to abandon his previous mailing list. Now, he can only send his announcements of the availability of each new issue to members of the Society. The fix is simple - sign up! There is no fee and no subscription. You will simply be sent a bi-monthly notice of the availability of each new issue. Of course, the publications can still be downloaded by anyone from the website ttypes.org, but to receive the notifications you must be a member. Sign up can simply be done at ttypes.org/ttt2/join . John's incorporation formed a Company LIMITED BY GUARANTEE by its members ... to the princely sum of a total of £1.00 only and just one issue is worth that! So if you had already signed up, or now want to join, here is your chance!
