Today, please welcome Ian Gawler who is the new owner of Y 1167 to Ys on Parade. When we posted the Picture of the Month this month we had no idea of the identity of the car, but we are pleased to say that we have now been able to identify both the owner and the car and are pleased to confirm it is still in existence. In the coming months, hopefully, we will be able to bring you more details on our Interesting Ys page about this car! Webmaster

The mid-month Reprinted Article has been added to the site. The article is in Dutch and I would really appreciate if someone provide a translation to English for us please. Also as promised we have continued our investigations into Ian Allen ABC of British Cars. Apparently the 1947 edition did not include the MG Y but the 1948 and 1949 ones had good four page spreads covering the MG Y and in 1949 the MG Y/T too. These have been added to the Book Review page.
