28 June 2018 Thanks to Peter Downing can download a PDF and a DXF files suitable for machine production of a heat shield for the MG Y and YB (single carburettor) from the Part Drawings page. Webmaster 24 June 2018 While researching something else, Tony Slattery came across a news paper clipping about the Buchanan Specials setting a new record. This has now been added to the Buchanan MG Y race car page. Webmaster 21 June 2018 The latest version of Neil Cairn's MG Engine History file, version 9.0, is now available to download from the side menu on the left of the News page or can be downloaded here. Webmaster 18 June 2018 A few years ago we advised that an MG Y featured in the British TV Series "Unforgotten" and added a still shot of the car. We are now able to add a video of the episode and this can be seen on Page 3 of our Ys on Film suite of pages together with a previously unreleased Still shot too. We are pleased to announce that issues from February 1978 to December 1982 are now available on both the MG Car Club Y Type Register and the International MG Y Type Register.
