In addition to the Technical Advice page, where you can post questions to Paul Barrow and Tony Slattery (our "Techno bods") for Y Type related problems, we are further pleased to announce yet another addition to the Technical Centre, in that Neil Cairns has sent in a variety of technical articles which we have decided to post in a page called Neil's Corner. Additionally, we also have the English translation of Peter Menton's article from Clublad in Reprinted Articles. Finally, please welcome Mark Maguire and Y 3849 to Ys on Parade - the first of 2006. A Buyer's Guide page is available now as the first item under Technical Centre. This page contains the four magazine articles already released under Reprinted Articles together with an item written by Neil Cairns on Buying a Y and his YA or YB that is the question article. It is not necessarily intended to bring anything new to you here, but rather, again, to pool together the articles in one place for prospective buyers. Webmaster

Following on from the current article on the Bulletin Board with respect to Oil leaks from your XPAG engine, in talking with Dave DuBois we decided to pool the collective knowledge base on rear crank oil seals into one page. This page is not necessarily all inclusive, and although many articles are written for T Type owners (what is true for them applies to Y owners too), but hopefully it covers most of the angles. This page can also be accessed from the side menu under the Technical Centre. The latest animated file has also been added to the Artists Impressions
page. Webmaster

Posted under Artists Impressions today is the 2005 Christmas card from Jack Murray.
Depicted is the colour scheme of Ian Hopkins' two tone MG YB and David Pelham's YT, although if you were fortunate enough to receive one it was personalised to your car's colours
and licence plates too. Seriously though folks - don't let your tank be filled by a reindeer - they don't know much! The Artists Impressions page has also been indexed to make it easier to find stuff on it too. Webmaster
1 January 2006
We would like to wish Y owners, and your families, a very Happy New Year from all of us here. This month's Picture of the Month is from the NAMGBR meeting in Olympia, Washington, USA in July 2005. The Reprinted Article for the beginning of the year is another foreign language article published in the MG Limburg Clublad or club magazine. The article is by Peter Menton and we are indebted to Willem van der Veer for the English translation which will be released in the middle of the month as usual. A new supplier - Ed Biddle has been added to the Links page - for a personal service rebuilding your worn out carburettors. Also released today are the entry forms for the 9th Spring Run. You can download one here or on the Events page. Webmaster
